Technology is developing at a pace we have never experienced before, yet in many cases the property market still seems to struggle to keep up with the times. My vision was to create an estate agency that utilises the best in modern convenience, yet holding on to the traditional values of service and communication which are so important. Besides offering an unrivaled service, I wanted to make sure our proposition offered excellent value for money and this is where I feel we make the biggest difference! For many years there has been some stigma attached to Estate Agent fees. My mission was to create a model where customers had a clear and understandable choice.

Hello. I've lived in Orpington and the surrounding area for many years. I know it's a great place to live, with great people, excellent transport connections and good schools and compared to some parts of our expanding capital, it’s still great value in terms or property prices.

For the past seventeen years, I have been helping people with their moving journeys and helping families buy, rent, sell and let homes. With extensive experience in estate agency and surveying, I can promise you, I have a thorough understanding of the local market and know the hard work it takes to make dreams become reality.

In line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, no fees are payable for tenants as of the 1st June 2019, details here.
