Our Approach - A new chapter, 150 miles west.
After more than twenty years advising buyers and sellers across Bromley, Orpington and Petts Wood, I have moved my family to East Devon — and started something I have wanted to build for a long time.
Westward Relocation is a buying agency. It represents only the person buying the house: no listings, no sellers, no commission, and a fixed fee agreed before any work starts. If you are thinking about a move to Devon or the wider South West, that is where to find me now.
Alex Mitchel Property Consultants is no longer taking instructions in Bromley. This site stays online as an archive of twenty years of writing about buying and selling houses; everything current is at Westward Direction.
